After that, done cleaning and securing the trash, we already sent that to the area that the truck will be pick up.  Me with my friends already done cleaning we ensure that the thrash will securely and no hole so that the garbage will stay. We as a grade 10 students at BRGY. SANPEDRO VIGAN CITY , our kagawad made a program that we are going to clean our baranggay.  

The new discoveries that I gained is what all about the internet, which are that internet was not only an internet. It has a history, where they come up with this knowledge. Me as a student,  or on behalf of my classmates, we are already knew that this knowledge is not only for today, but also we will put it to our next journey in life. We are so grateful for this opportunity to tackle this lesson. The problem that I encountered in this first quarter is that, so many activities that we make and more stressful that last school year. Yes we experienced stress last school but the stress this s.y is times 10.            Nutrition was a very and exciting part of the year except for Christmas or birthday. Nutrition month is a yearly observance celebrated in many countries to raise awareness about the importance of good nutrition and healthy eating habits. While specific dates and themes vary by location, the overall goal remains consistent to educate the public on how proper nutrition contributes to overall health and well-being.           In the Philippines, nutrition month was celebrated every July. Each year features a different theme focused on a specific aspects of nutrition.
