Born on November 16, 1890, in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, his early life was marked by humble beginnings. He worked as a barrio school teacher before pursuing law. Climate change is called the most difficult test that people are going through today, because of this many people are not used to daily life.  Many animals are dying because of the weather, animals are not used to living in their habitat. If we think of a beautiful place to visit here in Vigan, all are beautiful but only one will come to my mind, this is calle crisologo. It is very simple to look at, when you step on this calle, you will definitely think of the past. This is a place to visit in Vigan where you can see old houses, horse-drawn carriages walking along the road. This can be used to take photos if you need old things like houses, buildings, roads and so on. Calle Crisologo's history is deeply rooted in Vigan City's past as a thriving Spanish colonial trading post, evident in its preserved Spanish-Filipino architecture and cobblestone streets.
